Rigging Your Fly
Tube flies usually fall into one of two distinct catagories, those which use a hook keeper and those which let the hook swing
free. The big secret of tube flies is to have the hook fitting in the keeper (usually a plastic or silicone rubber material)snugly
but loose enough to disengage from the keeper when a fish is hooked. Usually then the fly slides up the tippit out of harms
way making the system a very economical way to fish. To rig a tube fly slide your tippit or leader through the front of
the fly and out the back (which has the plastic keeper), tie on a hook and pull the hook into the keeper. Now you're ready
to fish !!!!!!!
